UNITED FIN CAS INS PREM

See, at present, there are so many people out there talking about something called the UNITED FIN CAS INS PREM charge which appeared on their credit card or bank account statement and this is just making them freak out a bit. Why? Well, they think that it is a fishy or scam charge, but is that the case though? So far, in our research, we found out that, first of all, it is not a scam charge, most probably, it is a legit charge from a big company. Which one? Well, you see that “UNITED FIN CAS” part in that charge label? Oh, that’s just short for United Financial Casualty Company. But what does that even mean here? Nothing, you see, this company is also a big part of Progressive Insurance, and you’re seeing this charge mainly because you’ve got insurance for a vehicle you use for work, you know like a company car, a truck, or something like that. That’s all. Nothing fishy is going on here!

Why’s This Thing Popping Up On My Statement?

Well, as we pretty much gave it off already, you see, it could very well be that you have a business and your business signed up for commercial auto insurance with Progressive, and that’s precisely why you’re seeing this charge pop up. And the reason you’re not seeing Progressive’s name on that charge label is just that it is actually the United Financial Casualty Company that handles those insurance payments.

And just so you know, yes, this is actually a normal thing, and there is nothing much to worry about. That’s all! Maybe you have an insurance plan, but you just didn’t expect such a charge label where Progressive’s name isn’t mentioned anywhere. That could be just it!

How Do I Make Sure This Charge Is Legit?

Are you still a little sceptical about this charge? Well, if you want to just clear things up a little more and want to make sure that it is a legit charge, in that case, you can do a few things. First, you can directly call Progressive company and let them know about this charge and whether they know anything about it or not. Similarly, you can call the United Financial Casualty Company as well and ask them the same thing. They’ll be more than happy to help you out, no two ways about that.

You can even call your bank or credit card company to ask them about this charge and what this charge label is connected to. They’re more than likely to have the answers to your question, and that way, you’ll know that the info is coming from a trusted source.

But What If You Do Not Even Have An Insurance Plan? What Then?

Well, if that’s the case, then sure enough, either it is a mistake or your credit card accesses it to someone else. In this kind of situation, all you can do is just call your credit card company or bank people and let them know about this shady charge as soon as possible. You might even get your money back if you act quickly.
